Our client is a US-listed MNC with a globally renowned brand in the Professional Services industry who is looking to hire a commercially driven Regional Finance Director to spearhead the growth plans for the APAC region.
ABOUT THE JOB
Working directly with the MD and VP of Sales & Marketing, you will take full ownership of the APAC region's commercial finance functions including financial planning and analysis and strategic business planning. Partnering with the Senior Management Team, you will evaluate sales performance, profitability figures and develop financial models to analyse feasibility of commercial strategies. As the key driver of finance excellence, you will spearhead new initiatives, improvement projects, identify and mitigate financial issues across the region.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
- CA/CPA qualified with at least 12 years of experience with a minimum of 4 years in a team management capacity
- Strong business acumen and business partnering skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Travelling of up to 15% is anticipated for this position
