A newly created role with a fast growing pharmaceutical to focus on achieving best-in-class sales and sales management processes and capabilities across their various markets and region. This will include creating the Sales Force and Customer Excellence Plan, incorporating the selling model, sales KPIs and sales management incentive plans.

Your role will include a detailed understanding of the current capabilities, gaps, and desired state of competencies where you will lead the assessment of best practices and competitive benchmarking. You will ensure a robust learning curriculum for customer facing roles and embed customer engagement models and coaching excellence ensuring alignment across. Partner with the commercial and brand teams to identify any gaps and improvements that are required as well as opportunities to drive innovation. You will also work closely with the teams to track performance against agreed KPIs.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8-10years of work experience in sales force and commercial excellence role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry in a regional capacity. You should have demonstrated analytical skills, use of Veeva and success in leading people through change. Experience delivering learning programs and coaching. Strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Effective communicator with a record of accomplishment of ability to influence and demonstrate leadership skills.
