Our client, a well known global brand in the consumer goods space is seeking an experienced Recruitment Executive to join their team on a 1 year contract basis. As the Recruitment Executive, you will be reporting into the Talent Acquisition Director and be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, engagement, screening and hiring
  • Working closely with hiring managers in Singapore to understand their recruitment needs
  • Scheduling interviews and following up with hiring managers
  • Tracking candidates' progress and updating status, as required
  • Posting job ads on various platforms
  • Ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Work pass renewals and applications
  • Assisting with the orientation and onboarding process

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 to 4 years recruitment experience (ageny or in-house)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a Business related field
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a team, in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
  • Can think strategically and possess excellent data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
