Our client, a well known global brand in the consumer goods space is seeking an experienced Recruitment Executive to join their team on a 1 year contract basis. As the Recruitment Executive, you will be reporting into the Talent Acquisition Director and be responsible for the following:
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, engagement, screening and hiring
- Working closely with hiring managers in Singapore to understand their recruitment needs
- Scheduling interviews and following up with hiring managers
- Tracking candidates' progress and updating status, as required
- Posting job ads on various platforms
- Ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Work pass renewals and applications
- Assisting with the orientation and onboarding process
Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 to 4 years recruitment experience (ageny or in-house)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a Business related field
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team, in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
- Can think strategically and possess excellent data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
