Due to continuous success at VOLT, we are actively looking to build and grow my team to be -the best Supply Chain and Procurement Recruitment Team in Singapore.


We are interested in speaking with self-driven, disciplined, and hardworking individuals, regardless of having experience in recruitment or not. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with a diverse audience and enjoys building relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues.


Summary

At this position, you will be responsible for selling your and VOLT's capabilities to employers across Singapore and the APAC region, to match the right candidates to the right job opportunities. You should be able to handle rejection with grace, and professionalism, while continuing your efforts in building you own clientele. Additionally, you will be responsible to serve VOLT's current portfolio of clients in a diverse range of industries and functions.

Responsibilities

E2E (360⁰) Recruitment cycle:

  • Business Development: Identify and connect with potential partners in a strategic and organised manner
  • Client Relationships: Meet clients for introductions, job briefings, catch-ups, and consultations
  • Executive Search: Sourcing, Screening, Qualifying candidates for the right job through different channels (headhunt, referrals and internal applications)
  • Candidate Management: Provide interview preparation & arrangements, CV consultations, career plans, etc.
  • Negotiation: Salaries, benefits, terms of business, and on-board dates
  • Service: On-boarding preparation and follow ups with clients and candidates

Administrative tasks:

  • Build your candidate and client database through our internal CRM system
  • Register your activities for follow-up, forecast, and KPI purposes in accurate and timely manner
  • Support invoice process to ensure timely and accurate placement fees
  • Identify and flag areas of improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Supply Chain/Logistics/Maritime or relevant field is good to have, but not a must
  • Work experience in Recruitment, Business Development, Customer Service OR; Supply Chain professionals with strong interest in recruitment sales
  • Strong ability to communicate, persuade, and build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Proven track record of accomplishing goals and/or excelling at something you are passionate about (sports/academics/hobbies/arts)
  • Disciplined, responsible, and resilient character + willingness to learn + positive attitude
