We are recruiting for a Sourcer for our Technology function. This role entails using innovative ways to headhunt leading candidates in various functions of technology using some of the most emerging technologies and recruiting tools that we have invested in.

We are passionate about technology, and delivering a wonderful candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. As a member of our technology recruiting team, you will be in charge of headhunting for leading candidates in the market for the clients you are assigned to, and responsible for introducing and guiding candidates through different hiring processes using your people skills to develop lasting relationships with candidates and clients.

This position will kick off as a Recruiting Sourcer, managing all functions of Technology for six months as part of the training program. The role will be converted into a full-fledged Recruitment Consultant within a specialised area of technology subsequently. This will help us ensure that you are doing the work that you love and is passionate about.
