Senior Executive (Digital Experience)

Looking for somebody who can fulfill two roles. First, we're looking for someone who can be a Project Executive for key digital experience projects. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager would be a big plus. Secondly, we're looking for somebody who can also play an Operations Specialist role, for critical public websites. You'll be coordinating with application management and support vendors (AMS).

This position is a 1 year contract to start, but the opportunity for growth and progression into project management/operations leadership is there over the course of a few years. The salary range is $4000-4900.

The Responsibilities

  • Play the role of Project Executive in digital experience projects, developing and upgrading new digital channels and applications
  • Build deep technical skills in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and sharpen skills in this area proactively and continuously, through involvement in related projects
  • Ensure quality of deliverables through sound technical design, adherence to best practices, and stringent testing
  • Collaborate widely across all participating countries, teams, and stakeholders in projects
  • Assist project or product managers in project governance activities (e.g. Group Technology Panel process)
  • Comply with internal audit requirements for projects
  • Play the role of Operations Specialist for critical public websites and mobile apps (i.e. digital channels) within the CapitaLand Group (i.e. capitaland.com and the-ascott.com)
  • Develop strong operations mindset and attitude to maximize the availability and performance of the 24/7 digital channels under your care
  • Manage and coordinate with application maintenance and support (AMS) vendors in fulfilling the operational objectives of availability, stability, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Analyze data, prioritize, and maintain situational awareness at all times to optimize service delivery outcomes of AMS vendors of digital channels
  • Apply creative thinking, design thinking, and outcome-driven approaches to problem solving

The Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computing, or Software Engineering
  • Possess knowledge or experience in application support in the capacity of ticket management, platform operations and/or application support engineering
  • Possess significant knowledge or experience in one or more programming languages
  • Possess experience in administration or website development on any content management system (CMS)
  • Excellent team player, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Willingness to travel overseas for short business trips

The following requirements are optional but will be advantageous:

  • Experience in agile project methodology
  • Functional experience in real estate, hospitality, travel, bookings, payments, digital marketing, or UI/UX design
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin - you may be required to work closely with Mandarin speaking IT teams and vendors in the region
