An exciting opportunity for a product manager to be heavily involved in launch excellence of their oncology new product pipeline for the Singapore market. You will work with their key strategic products and work for a company where there will be plenty of opportunities to grow within!
As a Product Manager, you will be building the strategy and marketing plan, ensuring best in class product and new indication launches. This will involve customizing the brand strategy from the finding of local market insights to reach the brand goals and increasing sell through and market share. You will be responsible for annual promotions, sales forecasting, inventory management, pricing, and cross functional collaboration including medical, market access, regulatory and sales teams. Working closely with the sales team to understand the pain points or challenges in the market and develop effective marketing strategies or identifying areas for coaching.
In this role, you should be proactive in making recommendations based on growth opportunities and keep abreast of the competitive landscape. Monitor BTL activities within allocated budget and develop strong partnerships in the therapeutic area. A key part of the role will comprise of end to end product launches including listing in relevant hospitals and tendering.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of marketing/brand management/product management experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience or track record in sales will be beneficial. You should possess ability to think strategically and great problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work effectively across functions and relationship building with KOLs.
