Our client is a leading global financial MNC, with a strong presence across US, Europe, Middle East and SEA in which they have been successful for more than a decade. They are seeking a Paid Social professional who would be working within a dynamic team to drive the day-to-day management, strategy, performance analytics and channel vision across social media to drive new customer acquisition and increase trading volume across the organization.

Major Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end planning, set up and execution of paid social campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Launch campaigns on time and in compliance with platform best practices (naming conventions, target goals & objectives as per business requirements
  • Consistently delivers on day-to-day tasks for all assigned campaigns (daily pacing towards budget and KPI, weekly internal reports, monthly business reports, data integrity, etc)
  • Prepare and present campaign results; Recommend strategies with ROI-focused insights and recommendations to improve channel performance
  • Strong grasp of the overall marketing ecosystem and specifically the role that digital media and paid social plays within
  • Serve as a platform expert across various paid social channels with the ability to advise cross functional teams on audience demos, targeting capabilities and creative formats
  • Collaborate with regional manager and other Marketing team members to make informed recommendations around targeting, platforms, creative formats and budget allocation
  • Manage publisher relationships with Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital partners on ways to best leverage their platforms and opportunities to scale towards business goals Good interpretation of attribution modelling and 3rd party analytics data
  • Manage stakeholder relationships
  • Understand the latest trends and new technologies in social media
  • Good project manager who demonstrates ability to multi-task between multiple projects/ deliverables
  • Able to multi-task between multiple projects/deliverables with good project management skills
  • Good in prioritizing tasks with minimal oversight from manager (able to discern cost/benefit to decide priorities independently)
  • Communicates successes, failures, and escalations to line manager in a timely manner
  • Measure, report, analyse the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve future performance.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of good working knowledge of online ad technology including third-party ad servers, DMPs, dashboards, web analytics tools
  • Analytical and Data Driven: Is passionate about using data and insights to inform strategies, understanding performance, and assisting in developing communications of successes and improvements of the marketing and media strategy
  • Strong aptitude for numerical detail and data analysis
  • Good in data analysis using Excel, i.e. power pivot, pivot tables, vlookup, etc
  • Strong business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality reports
  • Highly detail oriented with an ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks with team members
