My client is a leader in the Semiconductor industry and they have 3 vacancies that they are loking to fill. The ideal candidate is someone from a simialr industry (semiconductor/electronic manufacturing) who has experience with the following.
Order Management executive (x2)
- Support the sales team in forecasting
- Help team with Audit Compliance
- Help customers with their queries
- Generate quotations
- Manage Customer Orders
- Monitor and manage backlogs
- Aid in the preparation of documents
- 4-5 years of expereince
- up to 4.8k
- degree in Business or similar field
- must be able to converse in Mandarin
Customer Service Operations Executive
- Make sure all packages pass the company's policy guidelines
- Ensure all orders are correctly logged into the Oracle system
- Work with Oracle superusers and engineers to manage and resolve any outstanding issues
- Improve shipment processes
- Support end order booking
- 1-2 years of expereince preferred but FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
- up to 3.3k
- degree in Business or similar field
- must be able to converse in Mandarin
