You will play a lead role in driving their marketing and communications strategy towards consumer centricity and category growth. This includes understanding the different customer behaviors and touchpoints and creating engaging and customizable content for each market that influences the customer behaviors across various platforms including the digital presence across country websites and social media.
Having excellent communication skills, fluidity in collaborating with different functions, and the ability to multi-task will be key in this role to build and implement strategic communication strategies and plans across the region. You will be the regional process lead, ensuring digital and marketing communication materials are shared and support the rollout of new product launches including sell-in story and fit set plan.
To be successful in the role, you should have worked in matrix environments at an APAC capacity, track record of providing leadership through influence and high level of cultural awareness to adapt to each market. Excellent communication and presentation skills is necessary with strong project management skills. You should have at least 6 years of work experience in a marketing communications role including digital with an agency or consumer facing brand.
