My client is a leading European equipment manufacturing company. With the business expansion plan, we're looking for a Business Development Manager who is familiar with SEA regional territory especially for Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam Market. This is not a typical sales role, instead of direct sales we're searching for the incumbent who has experience in distributor management, understanding new office setting up, M&A exposure (business integration) would be ideal.
Job responsibility
- Develop and manage distribution partnership.
- Develop business plan for regional market, drive business growth.
- Assist new business set up at target countries.
- Conduct market research and analyze market trend, share information with group stakeholders.
- Operation and performance management
Job requirement
- Bachelor degree in related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in similar capacity, must have solid understanding for SEA market
- Experience in setting up new offices and M&A will be a huge advantage
- Willing to travel
