My client is a leading MNC in the retail space and is looking to hire 1 Junior Production Planner, 1 Senior Production Planner and 1 Production Planning Manager. These 3 roles will be based in West Java, Indonesia and will be open to candidates in that area.

Junior Production Planner x1

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and complete the Purchase Order process
  • Analysis of weekly breakdowns of unconfirmed Purchase Orders and steps to resolve the issue to keep CRD dates intact
  • Seamless communication when handling exceptions and order change requests
  • Support department in continuous improvement initiatives and processes
  • Vendor Management, Change Management & Process Improvement Implementation
  • Providing accurate data and bringing attention to potential risks for the company
  • Liaise with internal logistics to ensure OTD
  • Maintain scorecards and keep track of factory KPI's
  • Help out with audit activities when needed
  • Create a clear action plan that includes production tracking tools to provide clear visibility to stakeholders
  • Responsible for making sure that current year running balances have been resolved but the end of the company's fiscal year

Requirements:

  • Stable career in the FMCG/Retail Space with 2-4 years of experience is a bonus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Operations or equivalent preferred
  • Great IT skills with regards to Microsoft Office
  • Experience with an ERP system ( E.g. SAP, Oracle)


Senior Production Planner x1

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and complete the Purchase Order process
  • Analysis of weekly breakdowns of unconfirmed Purchase Orders and steps to resolve the issue to keep CRD dates intact
  • Work closely with teammates to make sure issues are resolved
  • Seamless communication when handling exceptions and order change requests
  • Helping direct manager manage all delivery exceptions are flagged and solved for stakeholders
  • Support department in continuous improvement initiatives and processes
  • Vendor Management, Change Management & Process Improvement Implementation
  • Working closely with vendors to ensure that all information is accurate and is presented on time
  • Providing accurate data and bringing attention to potential risks for the company
  • Liaise with internal logistics to ensure OTD
  • Maintain scorecards and keep track of factory KPI's
  • Help out with audit activities when needed
  • Create a clear action plan that includes production tracking tools to provide clear visibility to stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and oversee complete PO process
  • Working closely with regional brands and vendors to manage order change requests
  • Analysis of weekly breakdowns of unconfirmed Purchase Orders and steps to resolve the issue to keep CRD dates intact
  • Leads company in continuous improvement initiatives and processes
  • Vendor Management across different vendors to share best practices
  • Change movement and implement process improvement
  • Liaise with entire team to come up with effective solutions for outstanding problems
  • Maintain scorecards and keep track of factory KPI's
  • Guiding teammates using constructive weekly feedback to create a successful planning pipeline
  • Responsible for sustainable talent in the region
  • Create a clear action plan that includes production tracking tools to provide clear visibility to stakeholders
  • Responsible for making sure that current year running balances have been resolved but the end of the company's fiscal year
