Our client is seeking an IT Systems Architect to collaborate with their internal and external stakeholders on Systems Solutioning. You will be responsible for drawing up designs in Systems Integration. Ideally, you will have a good grasp existing systems and sub-systems, networking, and security in relations to Systems Engineering.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Managing IT Systems Design and Configuration, from requirements gathering to implementation and post-production support
- Tailoring Architecture, Integration, and Testing to our client's needs
- Implementing data centre Design through high-availability systems, virtualization, and troubleshooting methods
- Following through on communication protocols
You will ideally have:
- Singapore Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- 6+ years of experience in Systems Infrastructure, Design and Implementation
- Certification in VCAP (VMWare)
- Hands-on Skillset in Server, Storage, Virtualization/Container-Based Deployment, and Disaster Recovery
- Knowledge in Networking, with CCNA-certification
- Advanced exposure to Shell, Perl, and Python scripting
