Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Installing and configuring operation systems, drivers, and software for PCs and mobile devices
- Troubleshooting technical issues with email clients
- Providing end-user support for SAP (installation, connectivity to servers/VPNs, program links) and exposure to Java, C, C++, Python
- Maintaining our client's website (liaising with vendors, software/website security issues)
- Utilizing MS Teams, SharePoint, Lifesize to host interactive training sessions/meetings
- Establishing an IT documentation system (a guide on resolving common IT issues, preparing IT diagrams on how different IT systems interact)
- Purchasing hardware and software, keeping check of the company's inventory
- Liaising with our client's Headquarters and vendors to boost IT security
- Using social media (Facebook, LinkedIn) to boost digital marketing
You will ideally have:
- A Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 1+ years of IT experience
