Set up a digitalization roadmap, define product vision and strategy based on new technology trends and opportunities for digital development and steer the roll-out in the market.
Drive innovation across APAC region by leveraging state of the art technology.
Establish and strengthen customer insights strategy
Implementation of digital initiatives across all channels with the objective to enable the organization to deliver a premium customer experience within respective region.
- Formalize the organization's digital strategy across all markets in the APAC region with objective of one view of customer and consistent customer experience.
- Identification of local market insights that drive customer experience
- Manage central/blueprint customer journey map framework and adapt with local market specifications
- Development of market-level customer experience/digitization reporting and tracking of progress.
- Master or Bachelor's degree. Coupled with 10 years' experience in IT
- Of which Minimum 5 years' experience in developing IT Digital solutions in a regional or global leadership context, based on customer analytics/insights
- Extensive Business, IT and Sales & Services Know how
- Proven Project Management Skills
- Stakeholder Management
- Change Management
