Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and telemarketing
- Making sure to follow up with customers on their queries to negotiate and close sales
- Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
- Create long standing relationships with your customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work as a team to hit your individual and team KPI's
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or related fields
- At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Any knowledge in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is a plus
