HR Manager

$5000 - $6000/month

Our client, well known in the engineering space is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team, based in Singapore (West Coast). The HR Manager will be reporting into the Director of HR & Administration and will be responsible for the following:

  • Working closely with the Director of HR & Administration and the wider business leaders to support and implement HR plans and strategies
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding
  • Payroll management, compensation and benefits administration
  • Taking the lead with performance management
  • Training and development
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, systems and processes
  • Providing HR advice to business leaders and staff
  • Assist with any HR related projects

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively independently or in a team
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
