Our client is a start-up within the manufacturing space, and they are going through an exciting period of growth! As a result of this, they are looking to bring on an a HR Manager who has experience in the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training and development and performance management. As the HR Manager, you will be reporting directly into the Co-Founder and be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and systems for the business
  • End to end recruitment, employment contracts and onboarding
  • Overseeing performance reviews for staff
  • Designing and delivering training programs for the company
  • Coaching and guiding staff on HR policies and procedures
  • Ensuring the company adheres to local labour laws and regulations

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 6 to 7 years of progressive HR experience (ideally in a start-up)
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Previous experience with budget management
  • Familiarity with local labour laws
