VOLT, Singapore are looking for an HR Executive for a newly created role for an Japanese MNC based in Central Singapore
This role will be to implement analytics and strategic initiatives.
Key JOB SCOPE:
Lead organizational design activities and work closely with the HR Manager on strategic initiatives.
Analyze, plan, develop, implement and execute policies and activities towards achieving company and department goals and objectives. Lead to consolidate and implement HR best practices across allocated countries.
The person shall implement, communicate, interact, enforce and giving advises regarding company policies, employee benefits, HR initiatives with all levels of management, across companies.
Provides day-to-day coaching on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and system application.
Lead recruitment mid-career hiring activities. Partner with the business units to understand the needs and give advice on manpower planning.
Responsible for all HR operational matters; New Employee orientation of staffs, HR rep to employees meeting etc…
Any others ad-hoc project as assigned and HR improvement projects.
- Degree holder of any discipline.
- With 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Logical and critical thinking ability
- Flexible and open mind
- Highly proficient in Excel and Power-point
- IT Savvy and Good PC skills
- Meticulous and organized
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
