VOLT, Singapore are looking for an HR Executive for a newly created role for an Japanese MNC based in Central Singapore
This role will be to implement analytics and strategic initiatives.
Key JOB SCOPE:
1. | Lead organizational design activities and work closely with the HR Manager on strategic initiatives. | |
2. | Analyze, plan, develop, implement and execute policies and activities towards achieving company and department goals and objectives. Lead to consolidate and implement HR best practices across allocated countries. | |
3. | The person shall implement, communicate, interact, enforce and giving advises regarding company policies, employee benefits, HR initiatives with all levels of management, across companies. | |
4. | Provides day-to-day coaching on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and system application. | |
5. | Lead recruitment mid-career hiring activities. Partner with the business units to understand the needs and give advice on manpower planning. | |
6. | Responsible for all HR operational matters; New Employee orientation of staffs, HR rep to employees meeting etc… | |
7. | Any others ad-hoc project as assigned and HR improvement projects. |
REQUIREMENTs:
- Degree holder of any discipline.
- With 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Logical and critical thinking ability
- Flexible and open mind
- Highly proficient in Excel and Power-point
- IT Savvy and Good PC skills
- Meticulous and organized
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
