Our client within the resources industry is seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join their team here in Singapore. This is a newly created role due to growth in the region. To be successful, you will have at least 3 years generalist experience within an MNC (must also have payroll processing/tax experience).
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of employment offer letters and HR related documents
- Assist with review of HR policies and procedures
- Update and maintenance the HRIS
- Ensure company complies with HR legislation and practice
- Expatriate management and regional mobility support
- Monthly payroll management for Singapore, Vietnam, Australia
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of CPF, IR21 and annual income tax declaration
- Manage medical and health insurance, work injury compensation and leave administration
- Support the recruitment process by creating job descriptions, job posts, scheduling interviews and performing background checks
- Support training and development initiatives and source for training providers
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- At least 3 years progressive HR experience within an MNC (including payroll processing)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and a problem solver
