Our client within the resources industry is seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join their team here in Singapore. This is a newly created role due to growth in the region. To be successful, you will have at least 3 years generalist experience within an MNC (must also have payroll processing/tax experience).

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of employment offer letters and HR related documents
  • Assist with review of HR policies and procedures
  • Update and maintenance the HRIS
  • Ensure company complies with HR legislation and practice
  • Expatriate management and regional mobility support
  • Monthly payroll management for Singapore, Vietnam, Australia
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of CPF, IR21 and annual income tax declaration
  • Manage medical and health insurance, work injury compensation and leave administration
  • Support the recruitment process by creating job descriptions, job posts, scheduling interviews and performing background checks
  • Support training and development initiatives and source for training providers

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years progressive HR experience within an MNC (including payroll processing)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated and a problem solver
