Regional HR Coordinator
With over 150 destinations around the world and 28 years later having won numerous awards, my client has established themselves as one of the most exciting airline companies in the world. They are also expanding their business rapidly again now that the pandemic has been controlled and they are also continuing to grow their global footprint and ultimately be the go-to airline in the near future.
My client is looking for a Regional HR Coordinator that will be responsible with numerous accountabilities such as - Preparing all internal/external administrative documents, provide support to employees, assist with employee change (new hire/termination), keeping the HRBP / Manager informed on the regular basis on activities, assist with payroll and benefit data collection, updating Oracle with employee's data and maintain personal files for respective stations.
The ideal candidate should have at least a Diploma or Degree, 3 - 4 years of relevant experience (HR Administration) and working in a MNC or Regional exposure. Aviation and/or Hospitality Industry would be a plus!
