HEAD OF M&E DEPARTMENT (A1 Main contractor)
A very reputable MNC main contractor is looking to hire the HEAD of M&E Department.
He/She is responsible for the day-to-day decisions of running activities for Major Civil, Infrastructure and Building projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee M&E activities in accordance with approved budgets, schedules and project plans and specifications.
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and authorities
- Head the tender processes
- Monitor the projects timelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree from reputable university
- Minimum 10~15 years of experience in Contractor/Consultancy environment
- Experience working directly with senior management, clients, consultants and authorities in design, review
- Proven track record of successful management of large, complex Civil, Infrastructure and Building projects
- Registered PE
