One of the largest real estate organizations is looking to hire a Group Leasing Manager to head up a diversified team which owns and manages the end-to-end tenant occupancy process of various commercial real estate buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement the tenancy mix in the malls
- Formulate and execute various Leasing strategies to achieve the desired tenancy mix
- Coordinate the department's activities to ensure consistency and compliance of Leasing policies and procedures
- Always monitor all current and future vacancies to ensure full occupancy of the mall
- Prepare and manage budget - Ensure the stipulated budgeted Leasing income is achieved
- Maintain good relations with Tenants as well as monitoring their sales performance
- Provide guidance and supervision to the subordinates
Key Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Real Estate Management, Building or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in similar capacity within commercial retail management
- Possess a good network of tenants and contacts
- Good command of both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Japanese language would be ideal as you would need to liaise with Japanese-speaking tenants and prospects
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Possess strong leadership and people management skills
- Possess positive disposition and resourcefulness and a team player
- Strong report writing and presentation skills
- Meticulous and strong prioritization skills
