Our client is a well-established Offshore company in the Shipping industry, is seeking to hire a Group Accountant to join their finance team.
Responsibilities will include:
Responsible for maintaining full sets of accounts for a group of companies as well as the monthly consolidation for group reporting package
Preparation of financial audit and ensure that financial records are maintained in compliance with the group's policies and procedures as well as the relevant laws and regulations
Handle income tax computation and liaise with tax agent on all the income tax requirements and information required.
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum 4 years of relevant experience in multi-international company, with an audit background in leading global accounting firm. Certified Accountant or CPA equivalent is highly desired.
