This role is to provides sales support services to customers and prospects in partnership with Channel Sales, Services and Product Management teams. Provides solution consulting throughout the post-sales and implementation process and ensures a smooth transition from the Sales process to the Project process. This role will be responsible to ensure that all clients' customer business objectives are met as identified through the sales process and planned for in the implementation process. This role is to cover ASEAN market.
To be successful in the role, you should have at least 10+ yrs in relevant industry sector knowledge(Fintech - Payment) as well as minimum 5+ yrs of business consulting experience in financial industry systems. Strong understanding of Banks environment, payment processing and different stakeholders needs are required. Technical knowledge specializing in Wholesale payments and ability to drive the wholesale payments strategy with Product management and ensure solution is fit for purpose for the region. You should have experience in enterprise payments hub project including the knowledge of the pit falls, risk and the journey for the bank to embark. You should be understanding of bank's customer payment needs and obligations, and how payments solutions integrate to provide new products to the clients.
