Financial Controller (Information Technology)
Looking for a Financial Controller to handle IT contracts, assist in issuing invoices, and credit notes. You'll be taking part in IT financial team meetings, ensuring actuals are in line with planned budget, and assisting in cost calculations. You'll also be supporting the planning process, and achieving smooth planning reporting.
This is a 6 month contract position, and the salary range is $3500-4000. Looking for someone to start immediately, or on short notice. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.
Task description
- Handling of entering and maintaining IT budget in SAP (Funds Management)
- Handling billing to markets base on Service Agreement with the co-ordinate with IT counterparts on actual billing.
- Handling on Budget Requisition (IT purchase) and vendor invoices verification in workflow without PO
- Support on monthly ITM cashflow forecast
- Support on monthly IT financial reports (Actuals vs Plan)
- Support on verification of IT projects accounts on expenditure
- Support on month-end closing
- Ensure all IT purchases are in compliance and perform budget check within the project budget
- Assist in implementation of defined controlling methods & standards, assist in lean management and improvement initiatives
- Assist on ad-hoc cost center reports
Qualification
- Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Some work experience in Finance/Accounting
- Good knowledge in MS Excel/Words and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge in SAP (FICO module) would be advantage
- Ability to work in an international and intercultural context
