Our client, a European MNC located in the West (close to MRT) is seeking an experienced Field Services Manager to join their team. This position will be responsible for managing a team of Service Engineers, ensuring repairs and maintenance performed are of quality standard, on time and within budget whilst making sure customer experience is top of mind. The Field Services Manager is required to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Reporting into the Head of After Sales, the Field Services Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and leading the technicians/engineers
- Overseeing profit and loss in collaboration with the After Sales team
- Negotiating with customers and dealing with any issues/complaints
- Developing strong customer relationships
- Ensuring sustainable service team structure to ensure delivery of SLA commitments
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Engineering
- Previous experience in a similar role, including managing a team
- Strong computer skills, experience with SAP an advantage
- A good mix of commercial and technical knowledge
- Ability to negotiate and influence and deal with a wide range of stakeholders
- Possess a customer service mindset
- Strong attention to detail and process driven
- Must have a driver's license
