Field Commissioning Engineer - Robotics / Automation
I am currently working on an exciting role with a leading International Business who specialize in automation of Material Handling Solutions to Industrial Clients. The client is a market leader in their area of specialization with a profound portfolio of products that allows custom tailor made solutions to a broad range of industrial challenges especially in warehouse environments.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for commissioning the Equipment's on site fully covering Calibration, Testing, Developing the Application code, Mapping the Client's facility and Installation, Designing the work flow and Enabling Custom Features for the client as per the requirement. It's a full time opportunities and also a regional role covering APAC. Considering the present COVID situation, most of the work will be in Singapore. Once the region starts opening up, you can expect some travel.
It's a customer facing role that will require "hands-on" and "on site" work, hence the candidate should be comfortable doing field work. It's a great opportunity for someone who is looking for great exposure, scope to learn and work on exciting projects within Robotics Automation.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering and good understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems
- 1-4 years of experience in Automation / Programming / Service / Testing for Robotic Applications
- Strong Programming Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
