My client is a well-known Asset management company who are currently looking to for an Operations leader to manage assets within the Retail Sector. It's contract role, based in Singapore. Key areas of focus : Lead Day to day operations of the Asset, Annual Budget management, Operational Strategies and implementation, Contractor performance management, Asset Enhancement and maintenance
Requirements
- Degree from a Recognized University
- 5-10 years of related experience within Facilities / Asset management
- Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Cert and/Or Green Mark Manager's cert will be a huge advantage
- Proven years of experience in leading a team
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
