My client is a huge name in the consumer goods world and as a part of their growth plans are looking to bring on board an experienced distributor manager to manage the channel partners in Singapore.
You will work closely with the distribution partner to train and motivate the sales executives to achieve their targets and also ensuring in store excellence through perfect store implementation, impactful POSM execution and trade activations. You will have weekly meetings with distribution partners sales team to debrief on in store performance, update on trade calendar and trade activation and analyze sales reports to address potential gaps and opportunities.
You will have at least 3 years of experience in a key account management or distributor management capacity in a consumer goods organization taking care of general trade and trade management. You must be commercial strategist with an eye for identifying gaps in the market and to come up with plans to capitalize on the gaps and build the business further.
