Brand & Marketing (Digital Experience) Senior Executive/Manager
This role will require support and maintenance of websites in a back-end technical aspect. You will be required to working with different internal and external teams to monitor and perform any enhancements and changes where necessary. You will need to strategize and derive business requirements to increase the competitive edge of the business to increase revenue and more customer engagement over the website. This position will be responsible for ensuring SOPs and compliance matters are adhered to as well.
Key Accountabilities :
Good knowledge of global and competitive landscape to spot opportunities to increase customer engagement and revenue via Company's webpage and participation in partnerships and projects.
Work with cross functional internal teams to determine and monitor web performance and effect any feasible enhancements/optimizations.
Work closely and alongside stakeholders to derive business requirements, work with colleagues to boost competitive edge of the business to ensure operational success.
Monitor and maintain back-end web content management and development.
Be able to convey web SOPs and compliance issues to different stakeholders
Administrative duty management and support for other required projects within the department.
What this role requires:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Communication or any relevant Discipline.
5 years of experience in digital/web content management and analytics.
Web User Experience and interface design is a plus
Proficiency in HTML, CSS and web frameworks in a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven track record of good working relationship management with stakeholders across the board to achieve operational success.
