Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Resolving complex queries through inbound calls, emails, and live chats
- Identifying customers' needs and assisting them in using specific feature and functionalities in my client's mobile platform
- Managing customer information and support content
- Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
You will ideally have:
- Good grasp of written and spoken Japanese (N1/N2)
- A quiet workstation with optical fiber internet to work from home
- Exposure to handling inbound calls, email, and chat support
