My client is a leader in the Semiconductor industry and they have 1 vacancy that they are looking to fill. The ideal candidate is someone from a similar industry (semiconductor/electronic manufacturing) who has experience with the following.
Customer Service Operations Executive x1
- Make sure all packages pass the company's policy guidelines
- Ensure all orders are correctly logged into the Oracle system
- Work with Oracle superusers and engineers to manage and resolve any outstanding issues
- Improve shipment processes
- Support end order booking
- 2-3 years expereince in a similar role
- degree in Business or similar field
- must be able to converse in Mandarin as clients will be based in China/Taiwan
