This exciting role sits within a large player in the consumer space. As a Customer Development Executive you would be responsible for the joint development and implementation of business plans and strategies with major accounts, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic directions. You will be spearheading the growth of the business in these account(s) and work towards exceeding revenue targets, profitability, volume, market share, executions metrics and financial claims settlement.
You will develop business plans for designated accounts incorporating customers' insights and market trend analysis with sales targets, planned strategies and promotion activities. As a leader of customer development, you will ensure that all planned promotion and merchandising programmes are executed and launched successfully which would yield positive results.
The success candidates would come with a minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG with experience in managing key accounts. You would be highly goal-oriented and result-driven and possess strong analytical skills to generate strategies crucial for business growth. You would be an excellent communicator who is able to work well with stakeholders across the business.
