A well-known entertainment establishment is looking to hire a Creative Manager to lead a team in positioning the organization as a global lifestyle establishment in the community, as well as to balance the organizations' design concepts with the organizations' growth plans and vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high quality and consistency in all mediums and channels, as the brand ambassador of the company
- Come up with new campaign concepts that bridges digital and traditional environments and team up with the Marketing team and stakeholders to vitalize the concepts
- Ensure that the design, marketing, event, and partnership teams collaborate and work well together
- Provide daily design recommendation and feedback to the team and receive feedback from the team as well
- Portray the brainstormed creative ideas on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Twitter and YouTube)
- Work with the marketing team to brainstorm on concepts across BTL and ATL channels
- Provide art direction and guidance for all design-related matters (e.g. photography, videography, web design) in accordance with the organizations' brand and intent
- Develop a solid, consistent brand guideline that will be utilized across the multiple regions that would make the organization stand out
Key Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in a design-related discipline and hold a diverse portfolio that demonstrates solid experience in web/digital, events & experiential, paid digital, social, collateral, sales support and campaigns (Experience in OOH and mobile a plus)
- Strong understanding in typography, graphic design, interactive development, copywriting, and content strategy would be essential
- Knowledge on InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop would be useful
- Prior experience in managing and leading a creative/design team would be essential
- Experienced in leading successful brand refreshment and revitalizing
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and keep up with frequently changing workload priorities
- Meticulous with a strong ability to promptly identify and resolve brand irregularities across the organization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
