- Be the key person to lead business development to acquire new clients across Singapore and Malaysia
- Create and implement strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand client base
- Managing business P&L
- Lead market intelligent and share insights with senior management, provide input to internal team on overall commercial strategy, cost optimization, and disciplined process management (pipeline review, demo sales achievement, etc.).
- Maximizing business opportunities and build the team
- Degree in Engineering and 10 - 12 years' sales management experience with good track record
- Experienced in hyperscale data center business in Singapore and Malaysia is essential, candidates with technical background are welcome to apply
- Able to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and c-level
- Practical years of experience in sales budgets, forecasting, strategic account management
- Strong leadership and people management skills, experienced in developing and motivating a substantial team
- Open for based in Singapore or Malaysia (KL or Johor)
