I am currently partnered with one of my clients (MNC) in the Electronics Manufacturing/Semiconductor Equipment industry. They are currently in a growth phase and hiring across multiple functions and departments including a Category Manager to manage their spend for IT and Software applications.
At this position you will be part of a team of 3 Purchasing Executives and 4 Category Managers, which will rotate their portfolio every ~3 years. This in an great opportunity for Procurement professional who are looking to get exposure managing a diverse spend. This team reports directly to the HoD, Purchasing and Order Fulfilment.
You will be in charge of E2E Supplier Management cycle: Sourcing, Evaluation, Negotiation, Selection, On-boarding, Contract Management, and Development for you assigned category (IT/Software) utilising data-driven tools to achieve cost saving target while maintaining high-levels of quality and service.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business/Engineering/IT or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years in Strategic Procurement/Sourcing/Category/Commodity Management role
- At least 2 years Procuring IT/Software applications within the Manufacturing/Electronics/Semiconductor industry (must have)
- Comfortable with business travel ~20%
Remuneration
- $4,500 to $7,000 SGD + AWS + Performance Bonus
