Business Development Manager - Strategic Sourcing & Procurement - Feedstock growth
I am pleased and excited to work on this retained search for my client to help identify a candidate for a high visibility role that is to be based in Singapore. My client is a leading International name in the Renewables Industry and is well known for their sustainability innovations across many industrial verticals.
They are currently looking to hire a Seasoned Commercial / Business Development candidate who will be in charge of developing new feedstock growth opportunities in APAC. The role plays a key role in growth of supplies with new and tested supply partners involving longer lifecycles and exploring new feedstocks. The role works very closely with Internal Stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, SCM, Logistics, Sustainability teams) and External Stakeholders. The Business Development Manager contributes to the medium to long term expansion of feedstock supply base and volumes in order to strengthen the client's position as the leading buyer in APAC.
The Ideal candidate will have a Degree/Masters in Business/ Engineering / Environmental Sciences or related and should have Commercial / Business Development / Strategy development experience ideally in Supply Chain / Strategic Procurement / Supplier Development within Commodities, Fuels, Energy, Food, Chemicals, Agriculture, Feedstocks industries.
