This is a newly created Business Development Director - Asia role that will focus on building & maintaining their asset servicing business in the region, rapidly scaling new ones, and creating data analytics and customized technology solutions for their clients. As part of the role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop compelling proposals and build strong client relationships with financial institutions, bank and fintech's across China, India and South East Asia providing servicing opportunities for their performing and non-performing lending portfolios. This will include client onboarding and maintenance of the relationship. You will be a thought leader and trusted advisor in relation to opportunity, risk, commerciality, and new technology implementation.
To be successful in this role, you must possess an innate understanding of servicing/ lending markets in Asia with a successful track record in deal closing in a direct and third part reseller environment. You should have a passion for data analytics and keep abreast of new technologies in Financial Services. An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results whilst being an advocate for customer centricity. You should be an out of the box strategic thinker to develop long term strategies to capitalize their focus on technology driven serving. High energy, hands on team player with strong worth ethics and integrity.
