Bid Manager - Leading EPC
My client is an industry leader within the EPC Industry and they are on the lookout for Techno Functional Consultant to handle Bid/CRM Management to come onboard and join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Looking into operations to effectively manage data and data warehousing to minimise negative impact on the company
- Analysing data to help liaise between the team and the IT Team
- Helping stakeholders with upcoming initiatives/campaigns '
- Keep stakeholders up to date with in internal projects to do with data management
- Maintain and update the database to ensure data integrity and accuracy on Salesforce
- Come up with and look at analytics that look after backlog
- Create dashboards to streamline data for different parts of the business, with trackers for progress and pitfalls and suggestions for improvement
Requirements:
- Degree on Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or similar
- Meticulous , detail oriented
- Data driven
- At least 2 years in a similar function
- Deep understanding of Salesforce, Excel, Powerpoint, Word is a must
- Strong command of English
- Analytical mindset not to miss out the big picture
- Experience in CRM Data extraction and campaigns
- Knowledge of the proposal/bidding process is a must
- Prior experience of working in a manufacturing/ÉPC environment is a plus
- Able to work under the pressure of deadlines
