This is a newly created role to lead the market insights function, developing robust insights platforms and leveraging global frameworks. You will get the chance to build the best practice from scratch and lead a team in a dynamic environment where they have an exciting pipeline of new product launches.
You will lead, coach the team to develop capabilities and roadmap across the organization and manage multiple data sources in line with global data strategy. This will include researching market innovations, competitive landscape, sharing of data and providing insights to support the various teams including marketing, market access and other stakeholders. Deep understanding of the market including customers and patients to create the market research plan and objectives and contribute to the continual improvement of this process.
In this role, you will be key in rolling out local business plans and policies and foster constructive feedback around brand forecasts and challenges. This includes identifying opportunities for innovation and overseeing the revenue forecast of pricing process across the various therapeutic areas.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 10 years of work experience in market insights/ market research in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare consultancy. Demonstrated knowledge of conducting both qualitative and quantitative studies to facilitate business needs. Track record of delivering high impact recommendations to positive impact business performance and identifying any potential risks. Success in developing dashboards to support sustainable growth for the organization.
