e-Commerce Product Owner
This role will be providing direct support to the Process Manager for a key business system to build an application that can facilitate online sales processes in the future in conjunction with the existing core systems in place.
This role will work within a spectacular team, focused on sales process ideation within an integrated IT boundary for a core eCommerce Product.
Key Accountabilities:
- Take on Product Ownership of related product and other digital projects.
- Lead the team to operational success through good project steering and coaching in an AGILE methodology.
- Drive Product deployment, strategies and governance.
- Use standardization strategies to plan future changes and enhancements to be made to market requirements/requests.
- Engage in discussions with markets and distributors on the changes of business models due to digitalization of the business.
- Achieve market buy-ins through excellent project management steering and presentation.
- Ideate a specific IT boundary with the IT team that facilitates and supports the integration of Sales Processes.
What this role will require:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or Information Management Systems or any relevant discipline.
- 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, and able to working closely and establish good working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Good backlog management and be able to handle multiple ongoing projects.
- Experience in the automotive industry/retail is a plus.
- Proficiency in AGILE/SCRUM methodology.
- At least 1 year experience as a Team Lead.
- Must possess and present a confident and well-spoken outlook with the demonstrated ability to perform clear, structured and precise ideas and recommendations to senior stakeholders and HQ.
- Proven track record in working alongside with business users and stakeholders to achieve targets and operational success, and also to take responsibility for successes and failures.
